Questions we often get
Your account is paused when the trial ends — no data is deleted. You can subscribe to a Clinic or Professional plan at any time to resume full access. If you don't subscribe within 30 days, your studies and processed outputs are permanently removed.
Each plan includes a monthly study quota (300 for Clinic, 1,500 for Professional). If you exceed your quota, additional studies are processed and billed at the overage rate (₹25/study on Clinic, ₹18/study on Professional). Overage charges are added to your next monthly invoice.
A study is a single DICOM series submission — for example, one CT chest, one MRI brain, or one PET scan. Uploading the same study again (e.g. after corrections) counts as a new study against your quota.
Annual billing gives you a 20% discount versus month-to-month pricing. Clinic drops from ₹6,999/mo to ₹5,599/mo (billed ₹67,188/year), and Professional from ₹16,999/mo to ₹13,599/mo (billed ₹1,63,188/year). Annual plans are paid upfront and are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
Yes. You can upgrade from Clinic to Professional at any time — the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, studies and outputs are retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted in line with our data retention policy.
All DICOM data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each hospital or clinic is isolated in a dedicated Firestore namespace so your patient data is never co-mingled with another organisation's data. Naviget® is HIPAA-aligned and ISO 27001 audit-ready.
