Your trial runs in your own dedicated environment, set up with you by our team — the same environment you keep if you subscribe. A trial lasts 14 days and covers up to 100 studies. When it ends, the environment is paused, not deleted. Subscribe to any plan and it carries on in place: same environment, same data, nothing to migrate. If you decide not to continue, we'll offer you an export before anything is removed.
Nothing stops working. Studies above your monthly allowance are billed at your plan's per-study rate ($1.25 on Starter, $0.90 on Professional, $0.65 on Hospital) on your next invoice. If you go over two months in a row, we'll show you whether the next plan up would cost you less.
A study is one imaging examination for one patient — for example, one CT chest, one MRI brain, or one PET scan — however many series it contains. Uploading the same study again (e.g. after corrections) counts as a new study.
Naviget bills in USD because our payment processing is set up through a US entity. Your card will be charged in dollars; your bank applies its own conversion rate. If you need invoicing in another currency, annual terms, or payment by bank transfer, talk to us and we'll arrange it directly.
Monthly plans have a one-time $500 setup fee, paid with your first month. It covers building your dedicated cloud environment, configuring your domain and training your staff. It is waived on annual plans, and when a trial converts to a paid plan, because your environment already exists.
Annual plans cost 10 times the monthly price, so you get 2 months free, and the setup fee is waived: Starter is $2,490/year, Professional $5,990/year and Hospital $14,990/year.
Yes. You can move between Starter, Professional and Hospital — talk to us or use Manage billing in your environment. Your environment and data stay exactly where they are.
You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is never deleted automatically. We'll offer you a full export, confirm with you, and only then remove your environment.
All DICOM data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Each hospital runs in its own dedicated cloud project with its own database and storage — not a shared tenant with logical separation — so your patient data is never co-mingled with another organisation's. Data residency is chosen per customer; Indian customers are hosted in Mumbai.
