• Converting DICOM files into 3D visualizations
• Sending secure links by email, and one-time access codes by SMS
• Improving platform performance and analytics
• Maintaining service security and preventing abuse

Each customer runs in its own dedicated, isolated cloud environment. Our safeguards include:

• Data encrypted in transit and at rest
• Patient links that open only with a one-time code sent to the patient's phone, and that can expire or be revoked
• Role-based access for each customer's staff, and restricted access to internal systems

4. Third-Party Services

Naviget does not sell or rent your data. Third-party services are used only when required, and always under strict security protocols.

• Cloud hosting and storage on Google Cloud, including Google's AI services to generate narration
• Email and SMS services (SendGrid and Twilio)
• Regulatory reporting if required by law

5. User Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Request access or deletion of your personal data
• Revoke API keys or sharing links
• Modify communication preferences anytime
